Pregnancy Pain Relief and Birth Preparation

Pregnancy changes your posture, your core, and the load on your pelvis, and aches along the way are common but not something you simply have to push through. I help women in Parker stay comfortable and active through pregnancy, and prepare their bodies and minds for delivery.

Sound familiar?
Low back or pelvic girdle pain
Pubic bone pain rolling over in bed
Sciatica-like leg symptoms
Feeling unprepared for delivery
Wanting to stay active safely

How I can help

Care during pregnancy is gentle, position-aware, and tailored to your trimester. Together we work on:

Hands-on treatment to ease pain in the back, hips, and pelvis

Strength and mobility work that adapts as your body changes

Breathing and pushing preparation for labor and delivery

Positioning strategies for sleep, work, and exercise

Kylie is an incredible pelvic floor therapist! I originally came to her seeking relief for my pubic symphysis… She is very knowledgeable and she brings a level of empathy that makes you feel completely supported and cared for.

Common questions

Is pelvic floor therapy safe during pregnancy?

Yes. Care is adapted to your stage of pregnancy, and everything we do is gentle and within positions that are safe for you and baby. If anything in your history needs clearance from your OB or midwife, we coordinate first.

When in pregnancy should I start?

You can start whenever symptoms show up, and many women begin birth preparation around the start of the third trimester. Earlier is helpful if pain is limiting your daily life.

Can therapy actually help me prepare for birth?

We practice breathing, relaxation, and pushing mechanics, and work on the mobility your pelvis needs for delivery. Many women feel more confident going into labor with that preparation.
