Postpartum Recovery Therapy

Birth is a major physical event, and recovery deserves more support than a single six-week check. Whether you delivered six weeks ago or six years ago, I help you rebuild strength, address lingering symptoms, and get back to the activities you love.

Sound familiar?
Leaking with laughs, sneezes, or workouts
Pelvic heaviness or pressure
A core that still feels weak
Pain with intimacy after birth
Not trusting your body in workouts

How I can help

Postpartum care meets you exactly where you are, whether that is fresh out of the newborn haze or years down the road. We focus on:

Assessing how your pelvic floor and core recovered from pregnancy and birth

Rebuilding strength progressively, from gentle activation to impact and lifting

Treating scar tissue from tearing or episiotomy

A clear plan for returning to running, lifting, and exercise

I came to Kylie feeling desperate for relief from constant postpartum pain that was affecting my ability to do simple daily activities… Kylie changed everything!! She gave me the tools, knowledge, and support to heal, rebuild strength, and get back to living my life pain-free.

Common questions

How soon after birth can I come in?

As soon as you feel ready. Early visits focus on gentle recovery, breathing, and guidance, and no internal work happens until you are healed and comfortable.

Is it too late if my baby is older, or grown?

No. Pelvic floors respond to training at any stage, and I regularly work with women whose youngest is in college.

Do I need a referral?

No. Colorado is a direct access state, so you can book with me directly.

Wondering if this is what you're experiencing?

Tell Dr. Kylie what's going on and she'll get back to you within one business day.
