Constipation and Bowel Therapy
If emptying your bowels involves straining, incomplete emptying, or planning your life around it, your pelvic floor may be part of the problem. These muscles must relax and coordinate to let stool pass, and when they do not, no amount of fiber fixes it.
How I can help
When the pelvic floor is the bottleneck, therapy addresses the mechanics directly. We work on:
Training the pelvic floor to relax and open during emptying, rather than tightening
Toileting position and mechanics that let gravity and anatomy help
Abdominal massage and breathing techniques that support motility
Habits and routine that give your bowel a reliable rhythm
Kylie is amazing. She is so sweet, but also extremely knowledgeable and really knows what she's doing. I also feel very safe and comfortable with her! Highly recommend!!
